Acceptable use

Don't submit other people's emails without their permission. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or otherwise abuse the service.

LeafletPlan Beta

The LeafletPlan Beta is a free trial. Leaflets you send stay viewable via their share link only for the lifetime of the beta; when the beta ends the service is shut down and all data is permanently deleted.

Leaflet availability

We reserve the right to remove leaflets 30 days after sending.

Patient consent

By using LeafletPlan to send a leaflet, you confirm that you have the patient's consent to send clinical information to the email address you provide, and that you remain responsible for obtaining and recording that consent in line with your professional obligations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
