How billing works
Each team in your organisation is priced by how many clinicians send leaflets. Your organisation pays the sum.
Example calculation
Priced by clinicians, not seats
Only users who send leaflets count toward the tier. Practice managers, admins, and viewers come free.
Tier transitions are automatic
Add a clinician that crosses a tier boundary and we'll prorate the difference. Remove one and we'll credit the next invoice.
Tax-inclusive pricing
The displayed amount is the all-in total. No surprise VAT or sales-tax line at checkout.
